1. What MySalonSlot is

MySalonSlot is a marketplace that shows the live availability of partner salons and lets you request a booking. We are a technology platform — the salon, not MySalonSlot, provides the actual grooming and beauty services.

2. No payments through MySalonSlot

MySalonSlot is free to use and we do not process any payment for services. You pay the salon directly for any service you receive, according to that salon's own pricing at the time of your visit. Prices shown on MySalonSlot are indicative and set by the salon; they may change.

3. Making a booking

• A booking is a request to hold a seat at your chosen salon for a date and time.
• Please provide accurate contact details so the salon can reach you.
• Arrive at least 5 minutes before your booking time.

4. Late arrival, no-shows and cancellations

• If you have not arrived within 5 minutes of your booking time, the salon may mark the booking a "no-show" and free the seat for a walk-in customer.
• Because no payment is taken, there are no charges, deposits or refunds involved in a cancellation or no-show.
• Repeated no-shows may lead us to limit booking access to keep the platform fair for salons.

5. Salon responsibilities

Each salon is responsible for the quality, safety, pricing and delivery of its services and for keeping its availability, stylists and services up to date. Any concern about a service should be raised with the salon directly; we are happy to help where we can.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — for example by making fake or abusive bookings, interfering with the site, or scraping content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

MySalonSlot provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any salon or stylist, or for losses arising from a salon's availability, pricing or service. Live availability is provided on a best-effort basis and may change quickly.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law & contact
