Do I need an account to book?

No. You can browse and book instantly with just your name and mobile number.

How does live availability work?

We show real-time open chairs and available stylists. Availability = the smaller of usable chairs and available stylists.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your booking time so your stylist can start on time.

What happens if I am late?

If you have not arrived 5 minutes after your slot, the stylist may mark it a no-show and free the seat for walk-ins.

Can I choose a specific stylist?

Yes. On the booking page you can pick any available stylist, or leave it to the salon.

How do I track my booking?

Use the Track Booking page and enter your Booking ID from the confirmation.

Is MySalonSlot free to use?

Browsing and booking on MySalonSlot is completely free for customers.
